We want you to be really happy with your Eco Beach purcchase and we go the extra mile to ensure our products are of exceptional value.

But sometimes things just don't fit or are not quite what you expected, so of course we are happy for you to return your purchase to us.

WHEN CAN I MAKE A RETURN?...

Within 30 days of purchase you can return any item that is unused, undamaged and still within its original packaging. For sunglasses, this includes the original case and cleaning cloth.

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN?...

All items can be returned free of charge using a prepaid label that we will provide when you submit a return request. We can only accept the charges on one return (i.e. one package) per order. You will need to cover the costs of any additional returns.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

We aim to process refunds within 5 business days of receipt of the returned goods. Funds will be transferred electronically back to the card or paypal account from which the original payment was made. Time for funds to appear in your account may vary slightly depending on your card provider.

Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
